AnubisNetworks, founded in 2006, is a privately held company based in Portugal that develops IT security solutions for Service Providers, ISPs and companies. It is specialized in both appliance and cloud-based managed security solutions so that it can offer solutions to its corporate and residential customers. The E-mail and Web security solutions can be offered as an appliance or as SaaS solution from the cloud (from its datacenters or from the service provider datacenters) that can be white-labeled and installed on-premise by service providers for its end customers. The Mail Filtering Engine is an API that allows OEM partners, Service Providers and companies to integrate AnubisNetworks filtering technology directly into their products, with minimal effort and resources. AnubisNetworks is the leading e-mail security provider in its home market attracting major clients, including mobile operators, major banks, national television stations, major universities, oil and natural gas companies, multiple ISPs, including Sapo with more than 5 million protected mailboxes and Vodafone. Its mission is to contribute to make the Internet a safer place to stay and communicate.
Main investors AnubisNetworks is strenghtened by private and public investors. One of the main investors is InovCapital, the Portuguese Ministry of the Economy and Innovation venture capital society, geared towards supporting SME's and entrepreneurs. Its mission is to contribute for the supported growth of the Portuguese economy through the promotion of entrepreneurship and a proactive participation in the development of the Portuguese companies.
