Background

AnubisNetworks, founded in 2006, is a privately held company based in Portugal. "Anubis" develops IT security solutions for Service Providers, ISPs and other corporations. AnubisNetworks specialized in both appliance and cloud-based E-mail, Web and Reputation security solutions.

These solutions can be managed as a SaaS soltion and reselled, assuring Service Providers can offer quality protection to their corporate and residential customers. Solutions can also be white-labeled and installed on-premise by service providers for their end customers.

AnubisNetworks is the leading e-mail security provider in its home market. Some of our customers include mobile operators, major banks, national television stations, universities, oil and natural gas companies, and multiple ISPs.  Notable customers include Vodafone and Sapo, with more than 5 million protected mailboxes.

Products

The Mail Filtering Engine is an API that allows OEM partners, Service Providers and companies to integrate AnubisNetworks filtering technology directly into their products, with minimal effort and resources.

AnubisNetworks also manages the MailSpike Reputation service, providing top-of-class reputation to customers throughout the world.

AnubisNetworks also developed, for special partners, a Network Extrusion Detection System that identifies infected devices (bots) on a network, allowing them to be isolated for problem resolution.

AnubisNetworks is strenghtened by several investors.

One of the major investors is InovCapital, the Portuguese Ministry of the Economy and Innovation venture capital society, supporting the most innovating SME's and entrepreneurs. Its mission is to contribute for the sustained growth of the Portuguese economy through the promotion of entrepreneurship and a proactive participation in the development of Portuguese companies.
