Service Desk Engineer

what you'll be doing

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems & Shell scripting programming;
• (nice to have) Experience in Business customer handling;
• Great verbal and written communication;
• (nice to have) SMTP protocol and Postfix email server;

Sales and Channel Account Manager

what you'll be doing

• Be the Sales Account Manager for our major accounts;
• Be a respectable figure in the national Cybersec space interacting with customers and our partners;
• Provide assistance to our Channel partners.

what's your skillset?

• Previous experience in the B2B software market (even better, the Security space) ;
• Previous experience in Sales and in Channel Management;
• Good speaker. In English as well; 
• (Nice to have) usted habla Español;
• Goal driven.

Junior DevOps

what you'll be doing

• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure;
• Work with multiple cloud technologies like AWS , Google and others;
• Work with Support and Development team to solve technical issues;
• Develop Knowledge Base content;
• Be part of our 24/7 on-call schedule.

what's your skillset?

• Bachelor's degree and above.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems & Shell / Python scripting programming;
• Familiar with CI/CD workflows;
• Configuration manager (chef, ansible, puppet)
• SMTP protocol and Postfix email server;
• OpenLDAP server.
• NoSQL ( ElasticSearch and Cassandra)
• Container (docker or kubernetes)
